Need to Exchange or Return?
You may exchange an item or return it for store credit.
Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Received a Damaged or Defective Product?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If your item is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a free exchange.
Kindly share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly. Damage defective replacement or even exchange product will be delivered in 7-10 days.
Store Credit Info
Store credit is valid for 120 days from the date it is issued.
Credit may be used for up to two exchanges.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds.
Sale Periods
No exchanges are accepted on sale items.
Items purchased before a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale and vice versa.

Shipping the Product Back
Once your return or exchange is approved, please ship the item back to our warehouse.
Upon passing a quality check, we will ship your replacement or issue your store credit.
